Sharon and her team are meticulous about every detail of their food and all aspects of its presentation. As head chef, Sharon is at the centre of each and every event, from conception to completion and, with their culinary flair and attentive service, the inspired team have already established themselves as one of the most highly regarded wedding and event catering businesses in East Anglia.

 

Being based in Norfolk means that there is an abundance of amazing produce on the doorstep and this is fully utilised, with emphasis placed on quality, flavour, presentation, seasons and the environment.

 

Every effort is made to source seasonal, local produce including free range eggs, pork, locally farmed beef, lamb, venison and poultry, Norfolk cheeses, smokehouse fish, fruit, vegetables and hand-crafted bread.
